I’m excited to announce QU’s first popup event and collaboration with the lovely and talented folks at the Sri Lankan-inspired restaurant Sathutu. In the past month, I’ve been working with some brand new flavors in my ferments, trying to capture the best of all this summer produce while exploring the warmth and stunning spices of Sri Lankan cuisine. You can expect strong flavors and happy ferments.
In the spirit of my former supper clubs, we wanted to bring you a cozy but communal event, a place where you come for the food but stay for the company. The dinner will be family-style shared omnivore plates, 7 courses for 75 EUR. Drinks and wine can be ordered à la carte.
